Your BRAIN is center of your experience. Changing your life is as simple as changing your mind.

Using advanced modalities and trainings over the past 12 years, I’ve distilled down the keys to change, to help you get the results you want. While change can happen quickly, it is also a process. You have likely been practicing the negative thinking, self criticism, old habits and patterns for a long time. Typically people do however notice results very quickly. Each week that we meet we continue to build on these strategies, training your brain for clearer thinking, better focus, ending old habits, lack of motivation and self sabotage.

  • Life Coaching: Helps give you clarity with what you want to create in your life. Identify work – life balance, turn your goals into plans, create workable solutions for your life.
  • NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming: NLP looks at how the brain codes information much like coding of a computer. By changing how your mind codes information, we can quickly change cravings, brain habits and patterns, change motivation, focus and end self sabotage. NLP is an active process and doesn’t require a ‘trance’ state to be effective.
  • Hypnosis: Hypnosis is very helpful for the deeply ingrained patterns, things the mind is running automatically in the background. At the simplest level, hypnosis helps the mind shift its focus at the unconscious level. In therapeutic hypnosis there is no ‘blanking out’ or losing control (like stage shows). Hypnotherapy employs relaxation and focus techniques to get to a place where your conscious and unconscious can connect and make the updates and changes you want.
  • Thought Pattern Management: TPM teaches your mind skills to let go of the negative emotions and blocks of the past. Once your mind learns the strategies, it can apply it very quickly to other areas of your life. TPM teaches your mind to make its own changes, you can address past history, mental blocks, and even the filters of the unconscious mind in a way that is very gentle and effective. We don’t even need to know or review the past, we just teach the mind to change it.

Initial Assessment

In the Assessment, we identify what is going on for you (even at the unconscious level) Think of it as what your mind is running in the background automatically. Once we’ve outlined what brain habits and patterns are contributing to the challenges you are experiencing, this then gives us a roadmap as to what to change or shift so that you can experience the results you want.

After the Initial Assessment, its easier to identify how many sessions it will take to get you the results you want.

Packages range from $150 – $110 per session depending on which program or package  you choose.

Each week that we meet, your mind learns new strategies to effectively ‘learn its way out’ of the old habits and patterns that get in your way.
