This morning I was driving to a meeting when I nearly got creamed at a roundabout. The lady behind me, just had to pass me and cut me off, nearly taking me out, and I had the right of way.  The nerve of some people!

As you can imagine I jumped to anger and fear – and I let her have it with my horn.

Life brings up stuff – we can’t always be Zen.

But the question is, how stop stress and get back to center – quickly?

I didn’t want to go to my meeting feeling stressed and rattled, so I quickly accessed a centering tool that I often use with my clients, The Centering Rainbow Tree.

It’s a hypnosis process, but the real magic of it, is that once you’ve gone through it, you can access the shift quickly with some easy visual and thought cues. So I was easily able to shake it off, I quickly felt better and I was able to go to my meeting feeling calm and centered, calm and relaxed.
